Online Appointment

A consular service appointment at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Washington may be scheduled if you have previously created a user account on the eUPRAVA portal. 

However, an appointment may also be scheduled without a user account. In that case, after selecting the service and appointment, the person scheduling the appointment automatically receives an email containing the appropriate link to confirm the selected appointment. To confirm the selected appointment, the person scheduling it must click the link received in the email within 60 minutes of receiving the automatic email.

Before scheduling an appointment, please visit the website of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Washington to obtain detailed information about the available consular services and the required documents.

If you are staying in a country where there is no diplomatic or consular mission of the Republic of Serbia, you can check here which mission is responsible for the country in which you are staying. When scheduling an appointment, you must first select the country in which you are staying. If you are staying in a country where there are multiple diplomatic or consular missions of the Republic of Serbia, you must also select the diplomatic or consular mission responsible for your place of stay abroad.

You may schedule an appointment for one or more consular services. You may schedule an appointment for yourself as well as for your family members. A maximum of five appointments may be scheduled for one or more consular services. You may also schedule an appointment on behalf of another person who is not a family member and is unable to do so independently for objective reasons. In that case, the appointment must be scheduled in the name of the person receiving the consular service.

When visiting the diplomatic or consular mission, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please familiarize yourself with the documents that must be submitted with the application for which you have scheduled an appointment. Be sure to bring all the required documents with you.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule it in a timely manner. Please do so no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
