Visa D/travel to Serbia

Visa D
II VISA D (Long-term visa)

Long-term visa is a permission to enter and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia between 90 and 180 days.  Visa D is issued to a foreigner who, in accordance with the visa regime for entry into the Republic of Serbia requires a visa, and who in the Republic of Serbia intends to apply for a temporary stay.
U.S. citizens who intend to apply for temporary stay in the Republic of Serbia do not need to apply for a D visa (long-term visa) but need to apply for a temporary stay directly upon arrival in the Republic of Serbia. Details regarding the temporary stay can be found here. This also applies to citizens of other countries who do not require a visa to enter the Republic of Serbia.

A foreigner who enters the Republic of Serbia without a visa on the basis of permanent residence in the United States (green card) or on the basis of a valid U.S. visa, can not apply for temporary stay; it is necessary to first apply for a D visa (long-term visa) which allows for the regulation of temporary stay upon arrival in the Republic of Serbia.

Required documents for visa D:

Valid passport (passport must be valid for a minimum of three months after the intended date of departure from the Republic of Serbia, with at least two consecutive blank pages).
