Meeting between Ambassador Šutanovac and Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna

Ambassador Dragan Šutanovac met at the Residence with Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the Serbian Caucus, who was accompanied by her advisers. Minister Counsellors Ivona Bagarić and Stefan Dragojević also attended the meeting.

During the cordial discussion, the participants considered opportunities for further enhancing Serbian-American relations, as well as continuing cooperation with the United States Congress on issues of mutual interest. The interlocutors emphasized the importance of strengthening political dialogue and cooperation between the two countries, expressing their mutual readiness to further deepen their partnership.

On this occasion, Ambassador Šutanovac presented Congresswoman Luna with a statue of Nikola Tesla and a book dedicated to the heritage and legacy of the Serbian Orthodox Church in the United States, as a symbol of friendship and the enduring ties between the two countries.
